K9leads TERMS & CONDITIONS - UK

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 K9leads reserves the right, at any time, to modify, update and alter these terms of trade. We also reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
1.2 The parties to the contract are K9leads (which is a trading name for the seller) referred to as K9leads, and the Buyer referred to as the buyer or who is identified on the order form. The Agreement reached between K9leads and the buyer represents a legally binding Agreement.
1.3 Every effort will be made to ensure that the information contained within the K9leads website is correct, is lawful and is kept up-to-date.

2. POSTAGE, PACKAGING & HANDLING
2.1 K9leads values your custom, however small your purchase may be. The seller will select the correct postal cost at checkout, based on their sub total order value or other instructions. Postage rates within the UK (UK Postal codes only) at the time of publishing this Website are:

For orders up to the value of £10.00 ADD £2.50
For orders from £10.01 and up to £20.00 ADD £3.50
For orders from £20.01 and up to £30.00 ADD £5.00
For orders of £30.01 or more ADD £6.99
2.2 For orders out side of the UK please email info@k9leads.com for postage rates.

3. PRIVACY POLICY
3.1 K9leads will at all times observe the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. Any personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We will not sell or transfer any of your personal information; the information that we hold will be for our own use. The type of information we may collect from you will include:-
Your name and address; your telephone number; your email address.

4. HANDLING OF ORDERS
4.1 K9leads aims to provide a fast and friendly service. Orders where possible will be dispatched next day and will generally be sent by 1st Class mail, either Standard or Recorded Delivery. Larger items (i.e. those weighing above 5 kg) will usually be sent by Parcel Post or by Courier (usually 3 to 5 days). Items up to the value of £5.00 will normally be sent by 2nd Class mail.

5 DELIVERY TIMES
5.1 If you have any special delivery instructions, please contact us by email before placing your order, as any special instructions will need to be agreed between K9leads & yourself.
5.2 Items on the Website marked Out of Stock will normally be delivered within 28 days.
5.3 Items on the Website but NOT MARKED Out of STOCK will normally be delivered within 2-5 working days of your order being placed and funds received being cleared for payment to K9leads.
5.4 Items on the Website marked SPECIAL ORDER will normally be delivered within 28 days.

6 RETURNS POLICY
6.1 The right to cancel will not apply where a product purchased from K9leads has been especially ordered by K9leads from another supplier for the Buyer on the Buyer's instructions or where an item has been especially made up to the Buyer's specification.
6.2 In the event that any item purchased from K9leads fails to match our description of it on our Website, or you are unhappy with the item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt of the item giving us the full details. We will then issue instructions for the Buyer to return the item and upon receipt of the item K9leads will refund either the cost of the item in full or in part.
6.3 In the event that any item purchased from K9leads has been found faulty or damaged in transit because of inadequate packaging by K9leads please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the item giving us the full details of the damage supported where possible by photographs. We will then give consideration to providing a full or partial replacement of the item.
6.4 In the event that any item purchased from K9leads has been damaged in transit because of inadequate handling by the Deliverer please contact us by email within 48 hours of receipt of the item giving us the full details supported where possible by photographs. We will then contact the Deliverer on your behalf. In these circumstances we regret that we cannot offer a refund initially.
6.5 The Buyer will be responsible for the cost and the safe return of any item mentioned in Clause 6.2 above. All items returned must be received by K9leads within 14 days of the date of their original delivery to the Buyer and must be returned to us in its original condition to enable resale.
6.6 Please quote the order number you have been given by K9leads in ALL correspondence.
6.7 In the event that K9leads is unable to supply your order within 28 days, K9leads will notify you as soon as possible with the revised delivery date.

7. PAYMENT OPTIONS
7.1 We accept credit / debit card transactions via Protx and Google checkout. Payment by credit / debit cards and Google checkout through our web site.

8 FORCE MAJEURE
8.1 K9leads shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including earthquake, fire, flood, hurricane, storm or other natural disaster), terrorist activity, strike by mailing authority, Shipping agent, and/or Deliverer, and cessation by any supplier to supply K9leads with the goods it markets.

9. LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1 This Agreement will be subject to English Law and any dispute will be held in an English court of law.
9.2 The Buyer's Statutory Rights are unaffected.
